L from Slovakia is excited about the opportunity to join a host family in Australia for one semester. At 16, she enjoys skiing in winter and swimming in summer. L is passionate about painting, volleyball, and music. She also loves creating art, playing sports, and singing, which bring her joy and help her connect with others. She values friendships and is eager to meet new people, build lasting connections, and share joyful experiences with her host family.

I mainly spend time going out with my friends and being with my family, painting, reading books, baking or cooking and a lot of time I spend time playing sports (volleyball, skiing, cycling, ice skating).

I want to experience a totally different culture and live their lifestyle. I really value relationships and I would miss not being part of a family and participating in family activities. I am really looking forward to getting to know my host family.
