I really wanted to explore a new culture, not just like a vacation, but really settle in and get close with a host family, and be a part of the daily life. I really believe that an exchange year is the best chance I will ever get to do that.I hope to get a understanding of the Australian school system and discover how its different from what I'm used to. I know many of the subject are very different from the subjects we have in Denmark so it will be a good chance for me to learn something completely new. 2nd reason is I would like to test myself and become even more independent and mature
